Welcome to Twinkling Tales ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

01. Eligibility

Our App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must have the consent of your parent or guardian to use our App.

02. Accounts

To access certain features of our App, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

03. Subscription Policy

Our services are available on a subscription basis. Subscriptions can be either monthly or yearly. When you subscribe to our services:

1. Monthly Subscriptions: You will be charged on a monthly basis. Unused story generation quotas cannot be carried forward to the next month. Each month's quota resets at the beginning of the new billing cycle.
2. Yearly Subscriptions: You will be charged on a yearly basis. Similar to monthly subscriptions, unused story generation quotas within each month cannot be carried forward to the next month.

04. Intellectual Property

All content on our App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Twinkling Tales or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our App without our express written permission.

05. User Conduct

You agree not to use our App in any way that:

1. Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
2. Violates the rights of others, including but not limited to privacy and intellectual property rights
3. Interferes with the proper functioning of our App, including but not limited to uploading viruses or other harmful code
4. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

06. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our App, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

07. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

08. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

09. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twinkling Tales is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
